Job summary

Securitize Capital seeks an Associate to support the day-to-day operations of its investment funds and help build scalable operational processes as the platform grows.

You will work with fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, transfer agents, sub-advisers and other service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust governance. The role combines traditional fund operations with tokenized asset workflows.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, asset management, fund administration, audit or a related financial-services role.
• Strong understanding of NAV, subscriptions, redemptions, management fees, fund expenses, accruals and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review daily, monthly and quarterly fund financials, NAV calculations and supporting reports prepared by fund administrators.
• Review fund-level activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, investment activity, cash movements, expenses, management fees and expense accruals.
• Assist with cash and liquidity management across the funds.
• Help identify and resolve NAV, accounting, reconciliation and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with third‑party fund administrators on accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Support annual fund audits, including coordinating information and responding to requests from auditors.
• Coordinate with tax preparers on annual tax filings, investor tax reporting and related information requests.
• Assist with the review of audited financial statements and other periodic fund reporting.
