Job summary

FEG Investment Advisors is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to support day-to-day fund operations, valuation, and financial reporting. You will coordinate routine activities with custodians, banks, vendors, fund administrators, and investment managers.

You will assist with cash management, investor relations, and vendor management while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional projects within a dynamic back-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial services, fund operations, accounting, or a similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support fund administration activities, including valuation and financial reporting.
• Assist with cash positions and cash transactions; reconcile capital and treasury activities.
• Assist with investor relations and coordination with managers and stakeholders.
