Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst/Associate in Tampa to manage bank loan trade capture, settlements, and lifecycle events within Fund Services.

You will collaborate with fund accounting, client services, fund managers, and agent banks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of Syndicated/Private loan or deal administration functions (including funding).
• Manage bank loan lifecycle events including paydown, drawdown, interest rate resets, and trade settlements.
• Oversee reconciliations (Position/Stock and Cash).
• Develop knowledge of client base and build relationships with Investment Managers and third parties.
• Create and maintain procedures for client-delivered outputs.
• Review daily controls and communicate training/procedural changes to the team.
• Ensure deadlines are met; coordinate with teams to improve efficiency.
• Assist in testing and implementation of system enhancements.
