Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to manage trade instruction capture, settlements, and loan lifecycle events within the Fund Services division. You will collaborate with fund accounting, client services, fund managers, and agent banks to ensure accurate processing and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in bank debt or leveraged loan operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexible and willing to take on new assignments in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative to escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of loan or deal administration functions including funding.
• Oversee life cycle events: paydown, drawdown, interest rate resets, and trade settlements.
• Build knowledge of client base and relationships with Investment Managers and third parties.
• Create, maintain and update procedures for client deliverables.
• Review daily controls and ensure compliance with procedures across groups.
• Ensure deadlines are met; collaborate to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Assist in testing and implementation of system enhancements as required.
