Responsibilities

• Support senior team to build client relationships and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely inquiry responses and manage escalations.
• Support governance with KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Fully utilize CRM tools to capture relationship feedback and generate reports.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Prioritize and drive global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
• Coordinate client training on JPM technology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
