Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience in fund accounting and administration maintaining accurate records.
• Proven ability to resolve issues in accounting or securities within validation tolerances.
• Experience implementing operational procedures with focus on cybersecurity and anti-fraud controls.
• Strong emotional intelligence with track record of influencing teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund administered, with prescribed controls.
• Investigate and resolve issues when transactions breach validation tolerances.
• Implement operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Partner with Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management.
• Identify vulnerabilities and leverage continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and resilience.
