JPMorganChase in Tampa seeks a Fund Servicing Associate II to join our fund accounting and administration team. You will apply broad knowledge of fund servicing to deliver accurate results, support controls, and help drive improvements in processes and client outcomes.

This role emphasizes collaboration, analytical problem solving, and emotional intelligence to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients while supporting training and potential travel for training in Boston.

Qualifications

• Five years of fund accounting and administration experience.
• Experience maintaining accurate accounting and securities records.
• Ability to resolve accounting or securities transactions issues.
• Experience implementing operational procedures and controls, incl. cybersecurity.
• Strong emotional intelligence to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review expense accruals, budgeting, income distributions, capital gains, board materials, and prospectus/SAI with controls.
• Research issues, communicate effectively, and escalate in a timely manner as needed.
• Define and ensure successful completion of ad-hoc requests.
• Adhere to checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist management in implementing new checklists and procedures and participate in projects.
• Assist with workflow management and technology enhancements and streamline operations.
• Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund administered.
• Investigate and resolve accounting or securities transaction issues breaching tolerances; collaborate with teams.
• Support training of new hires and perform other duties as assigned.
• Willing to travel to Boston for training if needed.
