Position Overview

Fund Lifecycle Specialists manage and coordinate key operational, regulatory, and structural activities across the entire lifecycle of investment funds. This includes fund setup and launch, ongoing maintenance and change management, and fund restructuring or termination.

The role requires close collaboration with investment teams, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and technology, as well as external service providers such as fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and prime brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund activities across the full lifecycle, including setup, launch, ongoing operations, amendments, restructurings, and wind-downs
• Coordinate fund onboarding, documentation, and regulatory filings in partnership with legal and compliance teams
• Manage operational changes such as strategy updates, fee changes, service provider transitions, and system enhancements
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external service providers regarding fund-related matters
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of fund data across accounting, trading, reporting, and investor systems
• Monitor lifecycle-related risks, controls, and operational dependencies
• Maintain detailed lifecycle documentation, timelines, and governance records
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews related to fund operations
• Prepare lifecycle status updates, impact assessments, and reports for senior management
• Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle workflows, controls, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications
