Position Overview

Fund Launch Specialists often work closely with portfolio managers, legal counsel, compliance teams, fund administrators, prime brokers, and internal operations teams during pre-launch and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fund launch processes, from initial planning through post-launch stabilization
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (legal, compliance, administrators, auditors, prime brokers, custodians)
• Support fund structuring, documentation, and onboarding workflows
• Assist with regulatory filings, compliance requirements, and operational setup
• Develop and maintain detailed launch timelines, checklists, and project plans
• Ensure operational readiness across trading, accounting, reporting, and investor servicing functions
• Support data setup, systems integration, and process testing prior to launch
• Track launch milestones, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues
