Job summary

Tikehau Capital is seeking a seasoned Project Management & Operations specialist for the US Fund Management & Operations team. You will contribute to the launch of a semi-liquid evergreen private debt fund of funds, and support day-to-day management and operations of the fund.

The role involves defining the operating model, coordinating with distributors, and ensuring robust governance, reporting and cash management processes. Fluent English and a proactive, autonomous mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in asset management fund operations or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and rigor.
• Fluent English and ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the operating model for the fund launch with US distributors.
• Set up fund finance, controlling, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor NAV, investor reporting, and budget performance; support performance modeling.
• Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, and cash flows; monitor cash management.
• Oversee service provider relationships and drive process automation.
