Invesco seeks a Principal, Fund Operations – Private Credit to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a cross-border evergreen fund. You will partner across the US and Europe to ensure seamless fund operations, timely issue resolution, and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations, fund finance, fund accounting oversight, or a related role.
• Direct lending and distressed credit knowledge and evergreen fund operational requirements.
• Experience launching or operating complex private credit products with multiple vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fund launch and ongoing operation of a cross-border evergreen fund, including structuring and administrator setup.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, and liquidity across evergreen vehicles.
• Model and analyze funds, projections, fees, waterfalls, and dashboards for decisions.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, investment guidelines, debt agreements, and policies.
• Support investor reporting, regulatory filings, and client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and strengthen operating procedures, reconciliations, and data governance; leverage automation and AI to improve control.
• Coordinate across Portfolio, Product, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Investor Relations.
