Job summary

Invesco seeks a Principal, Fund Operations – Private Credit to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of a cross-border evergreen fund. You will collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Europe to ensure timely issue resolution, high-quality reporting, and robust controls.

You bring 10+ years in private credit fund operations, deep knowledge of evergreen structures, and a track record of implementing scalable processes and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field; advanced degree or CPA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations, fund finance, fund accounting oversight, or related role.
• Knowledge of direct lending and distressed credit investments and evergreen fund structures.
• Strong understanding of private credit fund structures, investment and investor allocations, capital activity, and management/incentive fees.

Responsibilities

• Fund launch and oversight for a cross-border evergreen fund, including structuring, administrator setup, governance, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee cash forecasting, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, liquidity planning across evergreen vehicles.
• Establish and maintain fund models, projections, performance metrics, fee calculations, waterfalls, investor allocations, and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to governing documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; coordinate with legal, tax, compliance, and accounting.
• Support investor and management reporting, fund presentations, due diligence, regulatory filings, and client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and strengthen operating procedures, reconciliations, data governance, and controls; leverage systems/AI to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Serve as a senior cross-functional coordinator across Portfolio, Product, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Investor Relations, and external advisors.
