Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience, entry-level welcome.
• Experience in asset management or program/project management is a plus.

• Comfort following documented procedures and escalating issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activity for new fund launches and related events.
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and workflow tools.
• Schedule working-group meetings and prepare agendas.
• Capture notes and action items.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on tasks and deadlines.
• Keep records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Gather information for internal system setup and onboarding.
• Set up new funds in internal systems using fund documentation.
• Validate data for completeness and consistency across trackers and materials.
• Prepare status reports and presentations.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
