Career Group seeks a contracted Operations Fund Services Analyst for our Asset Wealth Management team in New York, NY. The role focuses on coordinating new fund launches and ongoing lifecycle tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

You will support document preparation, tracking, and stakeholder communication while gaining exposure to fund operations and asset management workflows. This onsite 6-month contract offers hands-on project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination support for new fund launches and other fund-related activities.
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and internal workflow tools under the direction of senior team members.
• Schedule working-group meetings, organize materials, prepare draft agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks, required information, and upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records for fund launches, fund changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Assist with collecting and organizing information required for internal system setup and external service-provider onboarding.
• Support the preparation of status reports, management updates, presentation materials, and working-group documentation.
