Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Fund Services Public Analyst for a 6+ month onboarding. The role pays $23 per hour on W2 only and is strictly onsite with no hybrid/remote option.

You will coordinate new fund launches and related fund activities, maintaining plans, trackers, and documentation to support senior team members. You will organize meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination support for new fund launches and other fund-related activities.
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and internal workflow tools under the direction of senior team members.
• Schedule working-group meetings, organize materials, prepare draft agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks, required information, and upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records for fund launches, fund changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Assist with collecting and organizing information required for internal system setup and external service-provider onboarding.
• Support the preparation of status reports, management updates, presentation materials, and working-group documentation.
• Set up new funds in firm s systems based on fund documentation and internal information
• Perform basic data validation to confirm that information is complete and accurately reflected across trackers and supporting materials.
• Identify missing information, overdue deliverables, or potential process issues and elevate them to the appropriately
• Support ad hoc operational projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop a foundational understanding of asset management operations, investment funds, and end-to-end fund lifecycle activities.
