• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes and actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders on tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Support data gathering for internal system setups and onboarding of providers.
• Assist in preparing status reports and presentation materials.
• Set up new funds in firm systems based on documentation and information.
• Validate data across trackers and supporting materials.
• Identify missing information or overdue deliverables and escalate as needed.
• Support ad hoc operational projects and process improvements.
• Develop foundational understanding of asset management operations and fund lifecycle.
