Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Custody Account Manager to support the Global Fund Custody team. You will own day-to-day custody account administration, monitor cash positions, and deliver timely, high-quality reporting for clients.

As a key partner to clients and internal teams, you will resolve securities-related inquiries, prepare management reports, and ensure SLA compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in securities operations, accounting, trade processing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day custody account administration and monitor cash positions.
• Create and deliver reporting documents to external customers within established timeframes.
• Prepare and develop reports for management.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate resolution regarding securities issues from internal/external customers and auditors.
• Adhere to strict service level agreements.
