Northern Trust is seeking a Consultant, Fund Administrator for Integrated Portfolio Services to perform fund accounting and administration activities for IPS clients. Responsibilities

• Review monthly fund and business entity closing summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and report financial data for distribution to clients and their investors.
• Complete the monthly close of fund books and records and produce final performance results.
• Partner with clients and other Integrated Portfolio Services teams to understand fund activities and transactions.
• Prepare annual and interim financial statements for funds and investment vehicles.
• Work directly with external auditors to support the audit process and ensure accuracy of annual financial statements.
• Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
• Interact with committees, senior management, and other key stakeholders as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter resource and mentor to junior team members with technical guidance.
• Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in fund accounting and related business areas.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work with minimal revision.
