Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking an associate to join its Boston fund administration team. You will handle data entry into client reporting software, assist with quarterly reports for limited partners, and manage investor correspondence along with accounts payables/receivables for clients.

Under supervision, you will support the team in preparing capital calls, distributions, and allocations, while ensuring accurate, timely reporting and strong client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge of investment accounting concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system.
• Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team.
• Maintain and update filing systems.
• Prepare information for capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors.
• Correspond with investors’ requests regarding fund information.
• Manage clients’ accounts payables and receivables.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and quarterly reporting to Limited Partners.
