• Familiarity with investment accounting concepts and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system.
• Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team and investor relations for client funds.
• Maintain and update filing systems and assist with information for capital calls, distributions, and allocations.
• Correspond with investors and handle accounts payables and receivables for clients.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and quarterly reporting to Limited Partners.
