Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a client services professional to join a rapidly growing fund accounting firm as an Investor Services Specialist. You will engage with clients and investors, build relationships and support engagement teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

You will respond to investor requests, assist with onboarding, AML reporting, financial and tax reporting, and support the preparation of audits and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including granting access to the investor portal and updating investor information.
• Assist with onboarding and AML reporting, tax and financial reporting tasks.
• Compile and organize investor CRM information and maintain accurate client data.
• Coordinate with technology to set up client portals and support onboarding teams.
• Support audit preparations and fund administration activities.
• Engage in project management of team deadlines and client requests.
