Standish Management is seeking an Associate to support the fund administration team. You will oversee administrative tasks and investor relations for client funds, from data entry to quarterly LP reporting.

Role requires a finance or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a team and independently. A flexible work environment plus solid benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong GPA (minimum 3.0) and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic investment accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial and client information into recordkeeping system.
• Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team.
• Maintain and update filing systems for clients.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors.
• Correspond with investors regarding fund information.
• Manage accounts payables and receivables for clients.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and quarterly reporting to LPs.
