Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced professional to plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of one or more client relationships within the Treasury Services group. You will maintain strong client relationships and drive timely, accurate deliverables.

The role emphasizes expense administration, distributions, fund performance, and regulatory reporting; you will review work, coordinate with other departments, and lead process improvements while upholding controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Treasury Services or related field.
• 4-6 years of related experience in Treasury Services or client service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationships.
• Ensures timely and accurate deliverables for each client relationship.
• Has a strong background in treasury services with emphasis on expense administration (budgeting, invoicing, etc.).
• Performs multi-level reviews on client deliverables related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting.
• Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with clients and SSC coworkers.
• Communicates workflow deviations to avoid unwarranted service expansion.
• Oversees coordination of activities with other departments.
• Escalates delays and issues regarding deliverables to AVP.
• Ensures all accounting, client and auditor issues are researched and resolved timely.
• Ensures controls are adhered to and suggests improvements.
• Promotes automation and system enhancements and provides feedback.
• Keeps informed of regulatory changes and industry developments.
