Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced treasury services professional to plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of client relationships within the Global Delivery division. The role concentrates on expense administration, distributions, fund performance and regulatory reporting, with emphasis on accuracy, deadlines and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of treasury services experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily workflow for client relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables for each client.
• Perform reviews related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and SSC coworkers.
• Escalate delays and coordinate with other departments as needed.
