• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for all clients and directs issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Proactively identifies risk-related issues through review of qualitative and quantitative data and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audit and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types and handles complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
