U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to supervise a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.

The role acts as the escalation point for clients, guiding issue resolution, risk mitigation and process improvements. Strong portfolio accounting knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Location requires three or more on-site days per week with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to nine years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio accounting and investment management industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises a team of administrators who handle accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients, directing issue resolution and process changes.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types.
• Sets up and processes complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
