U.S. Bank in Milwaukee seeks a leader to supervise a team of administrators delivering accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment products.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, assessing changing business strategies and guiding process improvements to support client needs. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and deep knowledge of portfolio accounting and investment management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to nine years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven team-oriented, leadership and organizational skills.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investments; processes complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
