U.S. Bank is seeking a senior professional to supervise a team responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. You will act as a trusted advisor, anticipate obstacles, and drive process improvements.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting, complex fee calculations and strong communication skills. Eligible for a location-based salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Serve as escalation point for clients and direct issue resolution and process changes.
• Review accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews; set up accounting principles for complex investments.
• Identify risk-related issues and implement mitigating solutions.
