Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking a fund accounting professional with hedge fund experience to support investors and managers. The role involves NAV checks, fee calculations, and producing client reports in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and a four‑year degree. Remote/hybrid options may apply, with a discretionary bonus based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of fund accounting experience for hedge funds.
• Experience with Advent Geneva World Investor.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Allocate P&L to investors and compute management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and cash wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements, audits and regulatory requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure superior service levels and NAV accuracy.
• Mentor and support fund accountants and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Act as liaison with fund managers and service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio/investor systems; Advent Geneva World Investor is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
• Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
