Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Accounting Manager to lead a team of accountants and specialists responsible for accurate processing, GL maintenance, and reporting of mutual funds.

You will train staff, manage workload, and support budget and forecasts while addressing accounting issues and project work. Responsibilities include NAV calculation, reconciliations, and coordination with administrators and custodians to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounting or finance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles and controls.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and mutual fund records, and calculate end-of-day NAV.
• Perform daily GL accounting, cash reconciliations, and pricing analyses.
• Collaborate with administrators, transfer agents, and prime brokers to ensure SEC/GAAP compliance.
