U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Global Fund Services team in Tempe, AZ or Milwaukee, WI.

The role focuses on maintaining GLs and records for mutual funds, ETFs, and other pools, with NAV calculations and reconciliations performed daily. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least three years of experience, plus strong GAAP/SEC knowledge and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities.
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and records for mutual funds, ETFs, and other fund types.
• Prepare daily general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.
• Process corporate actions, expense accruals, and distributions; support pricing analyses and portfolio validations.
• Collaborate with administrators, transfer agents, and custodians to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
