PrideGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of fund accounting analysts and ensure accurate, timely reporting. You will oversee NAV calculations, reconciliations, and fund administration while developing staff and maintaining strong client relationships with investment managers.

The role emphasizes technical oversight of daily operations, adherence to GAAP, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting or related financial services role
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and GAAP
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and general accounting/reporting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of fund accounting analysts
• Review and approve NAV calculations, reconciliations, and related deliverables
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Act as escalation point for complex accounting issues
• Liaise between funds and investment managers to address inquiries
• Oversee dividend distributions and fund administration deliverables
• Conduct performance appraisals and support career development
• Assist with staffing, interviews, and onboarding
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
• Ensure deadlines are met with high accuracy and quality control
