Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, review, and finalize monthly/daily NAVs.
• Prepare and review financial statements (GAAP/IFRS) and assist in audits.
• Supervise and train senior and staff accountants.
• Review capital calls, distributions, and statements for accuracy.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a liaison with portfolio managers and investors.
