Job summary

LHH is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join its finance team in the United States. The role focuses on supporting a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles, collaborating with accounting, operations, investments, and reporting teams, and applying a strong technical accounting foundation in fund accounting.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, a CPA or CPA-track, and a proven ability to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and NAV reporting within U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, REIT accounting, private funds, or public accounting with alternative investments exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• CPA designation or CPA-track preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fund close activities with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger for multiple investment entities and fund structures.
• Prepare investor, regulatory, and management reporting packages.
• Support fund-level NAV calculations and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new products and structures.
• Assist with audits and respond to auditor requests.
