State Street in Boston seeks an experienced Fund Accounting & Administration, Officer to lead a team of fund accountants responsible for delivering NAVs for our clients.

You will supervise staff, manage internal workflow and client deadlines, and coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff (including Senior Associate Staff).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and contacts.
• Oversee daily operations and production activities of the Accounting team.
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
• Train, develop and motivate staff and complete performance appraisals.
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems and processes.
