State Street Corp in Boston, MA is seeking an Experienced Fund Accounting Associate to join the North America Accounting Organization and lead a team of Fund Accountants in producing and delivering NAVs for our clients.

The Senior Associate will manage workflows, deadlines, and day-to-day operations, liaising with clients and cross-functional teams to meet critical deliverables and uphold compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Fund Accountants to produce and deliver NAVs for clients.
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with client personnel daily.
• Build collaborative relationships with inter-department contacts to achieve business goals.
• Oversee NAV production activities and daily accounting operations.
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
• Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transactions and report per policy.
