State Street is seeking an Experienced Fund Accounting leader to join the North America Accounting Organization and lead a team of Fund Accountants to produce and deliver NAVs for our clients.

You will supervise staff, manage internal workflow and client deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with client contacts while guiding daily operations and compliance activities in a fast‑paced private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6 years of Private Equity experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff (including Senior Associate Staff).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Manage client relationships & liaise with client personnel on a daily basis.
• Maintain good working relationship with all client contacts.
• Manage and escalate issues related to CoE’s and other Shared Services.
• Manage daily operations and production activities of the Accounting team.
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
• Train, develop and motivate new staff, complete performance appraisals.
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes; assist with client conversions and other client projects.
