State Street seeks a Fund Accounting & Administration Officer in Boston, MA to oversee staff and daily operations for private equity and hedge fund services. You will work closely with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and reporting teams in a global context.

The role requires 5+ years in Private Equity, strong leadership, and robust knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting. CPA preferred, Investran/Geneva experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with client contacts including investors, auditors, and bankers.
• Review financial work papers, schedules, accruals, and capital allocations.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and coordinate audits.
• Prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, and capital allocations.
