State Street in Boston is seeking an Experienced Fund Accounting leader to head a team of fund accountants responsible for producing and delivering NAVs for clients. You will manage daily operations, serve as the primary escalation point, and drive efficiency and accuracy across the accounting function.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with Shared Services to implement new funds and systems while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Account for day-to-day management of a functional team and daily service delivery.
• Primary contact and escalation point for operational issues and technical guidance.
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems and processes and assist with client conversions.
• Organize internal meetings, record notes and action items, and develop agendas.
• Identify and implement consistent operational best practices.
• Train, develop and motivate staff; complete performance appraisals and coaching.
