State Street Corp is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting leader to join the North America Accounting Organization and lead a team of Fund Accountants to produce and deliver NAVs for our clients.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, managing workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating with CoE and Shared Services. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years of Private Equity experience are preferred, with a salary range noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6 years of Private Equity experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff (including Senior Associate Staff).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Liaise with client personnel daily and maintain relationships.
• Oversee daily operations and production activities of the Accounting team.
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
• Train, develop and motivate new staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems and processes.
• Assist with client conversions and other client projects.
