U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to oversee a team of accountants and staff in accurate, timely processing of fund transactions, GL maintenance, and reporting.

You will train and motivate staff, assign work, schedule hours, and participate in performance reviews. The role focuses on maintaining the general ledger for mutual funds, daily NAVs, reconciliations, and collaboration with custodians and administrators to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger for mutual funds and perform end-of-day NAV calculations.
• Prepare daily GL accounting, cash reconciliations, and processing; apply corporate actions and expense postings.
• Collaborate with administrators, transfer agents, and prime brokers to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance.
