U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accountant to support our Fund Accounting team. You will maintain the general ledger, perform reconciliations, and process daily NAV determinations for mutual funds and ETFs, ensuring GAAP compliance.

Location involves working from a U.S. Bank facility in Tempe, AZ (and Milwaukee, WI) three or more days per week, with a schedule aligned to Central time. Candidates typically have 1–2 years in accounting or finance and a Bachelor's degree in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance activities
• Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and records for funds
• Prepare daily general ledger accounting and NAV calculations
• Perform reconciliations with prime brokers/banks
• Process corporate actions, expense accruals, postings
• Assist with portfolio pricing analyses and internal/external reporting
• Collaborate with internal/external administrators and custodians to ensure GAAP compliance
