Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Fund Accounting Senior Operations Associate/Accountant to join a team handling hedge funds and private equity fund accounting. You will compute NAVs, waterfalls, and fees, and ensure accurate investor statements and compliance with GAAP.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with investment teams and clients. On-site at a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting, finance or portfolio management

Responsibilities

• Provide fund accounting and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds and closed-end products
• Calculate net asset value, waterfalls and management fees
• Record and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules
• Coordinate fund expense analysis and processing
