Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years of relevant professional experience and direct client-facing expertise.
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues and solve problems.
• Professional communication, both verbal and written, and ability to build client and team relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high level of organization and accuracy.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality across all deliverables.
• Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for complex operations.
• Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits.
