U.S. Bank seeks a Fund Accounting - Process Improvement Analyst to design, implement, and support scalable operational processes for Fund Accounting and Operations. The role focuses on automation, system integration, and application support using Advent Geneva and related platforms.

The position partners with stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into robust solutions that increase accuracy and reduce risk in a highly controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or technology or equivalent work experience.
• General knowledge and understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and enhance key operational processes and technology solutions for Fund Accounting.
• Focus on reconciliation automation, process optimization, system integration and application support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, support system enhancements, drive automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Work with Advent Geneva, other operational platforms, and internal databases.
