Job summary

Carlyle in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Fund Accounting Systems to lead the functional area at the intersection of finance and technology. You will drive process improvements and automation across Fund Accounting, focusing on investor reporting, Capital Calls, Distributions, ILPA reporting, and TaxPBC.

Reporting to AVP, you will coordinate with Global Technology Services and cross‑functional teams, manage Investran and Appian BPM platforms, and own change management including training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• 5–7 years in fund accounting or finance ops.
• Experience translating business needs into tech specs.
• Knowledge of Investran and Appian BPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams for Fund Accounting applications.
• Serve as liaison between end-users and Global Technology Services.
• Drive automation and process improvements in finance operations.
• Provide production support for reporting processes.
