Job summary

Allocate is building the operating system for private markets. As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will manage capital calls, wires, transfers, and expense reconciliations while partnering with fund administrators, auditors, and the internal Finance team.

You will document every workflow, drive automation with Product and Engineering, and measure success by on-time client delivery and scalable processes as the fund count grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, treasury, audit, or related finance functions.
• Real reconciliation experience, precise under deadline pressure; able to explain variances.
• Strong process-minded approach with a bias toward documenting and automating workflows.
• Excellent communication with banks, fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams.
• Eager to grow with a scaling organization and take on more ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare capital call notices and route for review.
• Set up wires and transfers across banking platforms and fundings.
• Reconcile daily partner activity and support quarterly cash queries.
• Own expense reconciliation and accruals, linking to bank activity and books.
• Develop and maintain core operational trackers for investment activity and payments.
• Assist in opening bank and brokerage accounts for new funds.
