BTG Pactual in New York seeks a finance professional to support Global Alternatives across private equity, private credit, and direct investments. The role covers accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, tax, treasury, valuation, and operations for the Funds and the investment manager.

You will prepare quarterly NAVs, coordinate audits, and interact with administrators, auditors, tax consultants, and investors while contributing to portfolio monitoring and investor relations.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of public accounting work experience in asset management.
• Preferred experience in private equity and/or private credit.
• Strong analytical and communications skills; problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely presentation of financial statements and footnote disclosures for the Funds.
• Assist in coordinating external audits and communications with service providers.
• Prepare quarterly NAVs for private equity and private credit vehicles.
• Assist in reviewing new fund creation and closing of investment transactions.
• Coordinate with administrators on capital calls and distributions; liaise with investors.
