Job summary

DHL is seeking a Manager Functional Processes to design, implement, and continuously improve core processes that fuel the DeC Americas 2030 Ambition. You will lead high-priority projects, deploy top talent, and mentor teams across the region to ensure excellence and rapid delivery.

The role emphasizes transformation initiatives, agility, and data-driven decision making, with mobility for rotation assignments and a strong focus on governance, impact, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-6 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-priority functional projects, strategic initiatives, and critical operational challenges across the function.
• Apply deep subject matter expertise to solve complex problems, develop solutions, and accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure consistent execution and governance of functional strategies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Step into critical roles during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity and performance stability.
• Support functional transformation initiatives, including process improvements, digital adoption, and organizational change efforts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to design, implement and scale process improvements ensuring effective adoption, clear communication, and sustainable outcomes.
