Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Program Manager Ops Performance OE to lead deployment strategy and implement Operations Management Systems across the NorAm region, coaching site and sector leaders to adopt standardized OMS-FC across sites.

This senior role requires 7–10 years in Lean/Operations, strong change management, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree or equivalent general management or above experience.
• 7–10 years in Lean/Operations Management Systems preferred.
• 2–3 years of logistics industry experience required.
• 5–7 years of operations experience required.
• Lean transformation experience required.
• Lean process improvement skills (SMED, TPM, Daily Management, Standard Work, Flow, Line Balancing, Value Stream Mapping) required.
• Project management skills required.
• Strong communication across all org levels required.
• Team facilitation and change management skills required.
• Experience in performance management and industrial engineering preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT/Eng required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strategy OMS-FC deployment across regions.
• Verify tools and metrics are in place for readiness and implementation.
• Coordinate consistent OMS-FC implementations across sites.
• Coach implementation advisors and deliver training on OMS-FC use.
• Lead process confirmations aligning with sustainability models.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to replicate improvements.
• Ensure deployments align with site and customer objectives.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide monthly OMS-FC progress updates.
• Establish a balanced activity schedule across sites.
• Equip associates with knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
• Foster an open environment for ideas within the OMS process.
• Lead and coach continuous improvement workshops.
• Document improved processes per ISO and OMS-FC requirements.
• Champion best-practice sharing during workshop action planning.
